Hi,
I am planning on getting a comprehensive coverage for my father, who is 60 yrs and for 5 months starting Jul 22 - Dec 22.
He has diabetes, which is a precondition.
I also understand that NO provider offers insurance for preexisting conditions and that only one provider offers an "acute onset" condition.. which if I understand it, means that the condition should be really really 'critical'/'acute' (again, this is defined by the doctor/provider...) .. If it is not acute/critical, the bills will have to be paid through my pocket (whatever "*****nomical" amount it comes to)... Is my understanding correct?
Could you please let me know if I am missing out on something(fineprint) here?
Too, if a doctors visit is required(for non-diabetic reasons, which I guess, we will know only *after* the visit), it should be taken care of as a normal coverage - Is that correct?
Please let me know of a quote for just one person(my father).. I will either buy it online or call your office to make the purchase..
Thanks
