Insurance for American citizen visiting the US

I am wondering if there is any policy that would cover my family. I am an American citizen, my husband is a Spanish citizen, and our daughter (2 months) has dual citizenship. We are all residents of Spain but will be in Iowa for nearly three months this summer/fall. After looking through the plans, it doesn´t seem that any would cover all of us. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
