Medical insurance for visitor from Canada

I will be a visitor to the USA, living with my Partner in Georgia. I am looking at purchasing the Visitor Care Plan C coverage.My Questions are: Can I renew this policy yearly, and where do I have to be located to do so? If a condition develops during any years coverage, does it become a Pre-existing conditiong the next year? Can the Insurer refuse my renewal application at any time? I am a Canadian Citizen, with a permanent Canadian address. I would appreciate hearing from you. Thank You,

1. It is meant to cover outside Canada.

2. You can renew up to two years. If a condition develops in first year, as long as you renew in time, it will not be considered as pre-existing condition in second year. Renewal is not conditional upon your claim history.

Dear Narenda, Thank you for getting back so quickly. Two more questions 1.What happens after 2 years, how do I continue coverage? 2. I am taking Lipitor and say the Doctor in the USA requests a lab test to check my liver, will the lab test be considered Pre-Existing..Do you cover yearly Lab Testing. Thank You

1. You can repurchase the same plan. However, if you have been in the US for 2 years, you would also qualify for domestic (local) plans and we offer those too.
2. Annual check ups are not covered. Lab tests are covered as long as they are for new medical conditions that may occur after the effective date of the policy.

Dear Narenda, Thank you again for your rapid response. I wil never quialify for other than a Visitor status, regardless of how long I will be in the USA, so what you are saying is I can keep re-applying for this Visitors Care coverage, regardless of age? I understand your answer re the Lab tests. Thank You Again

Yes, you can apply again as many times you like as long as you don't qualify for domestic insurance.

For people up to age 79, you can buy Plan C, $100,000. Once you turn 80, you can only buy plan A, and that is $10,000.
