Dear Sirs,
I would like to take visitors care Medical insurance Policy for Max. $ 50,000 USD for 6 months duration for self and for my wife. The date of births are 22-Oct-1948 & 22-Aug-1941.
Please let me know what is the premium rate for the above policy.
