Insurance for family visiting the US

Hi, I'm a permanent resident of US and my son holds dual citizen (American & Indonesian. Our family is currently living in China due to my husband's job. My son and I are planning a trip back to the US to visit families next month and I need to find a suitable health insurance especially for my son. Can we pay for the insurance using Indonesian issued credit card under my parent's name since we're having problems with our own cards? Thank you.
