Coverage both in California and in Florida

Dear Sir/ Madam, As I will be in the US for one year, first in the state of California then in the state of Florida, I was wondering if your company has any plans for myself and 3 kids all below age 10, covering medical costs in both states. Also, I will need to fulfill visa requirements regarding emergency repatriation/ evacuation etc. Please advise.
