Hi, I would like to purchase insurance for my mother. She is from California but she is visiting us in Toronto, Ontario for a couple of months. I did the online quote on your website. One of the results, says "PRIOR INSURANCE REQUIRED" what is that mean? is that mean that she has to have an insurance back in California? she has MEDICAL, can that be considered as insurance? please do let me know asap. thanks.

If you don't want the coverage in the US, prior insurance is not required.
If you want the coverage in the US, if the person is 65 years of age or above, person can't be uninsured in the US for 30 days or more.
You can buy it online at https://www.insubuy.comThanks & Regards

Why is the "Prior insurance required" keeps popping out. My mom is a permanent resident (greencard holder) of California. She is visiting here in Canada. I am interested with the VISITOR CARE but the "prior insurance required" in red letters are always popping out.
Can you please explain that to me.

I already answered your question in your prior email.
Prior insurance required would show up only if you put 'Coverage Area - USA' or 'Coverage Areas - International Including USA'.
Visit https://www.insubuy.com/travel-health-insurance/ and try again.
And you don't have to shout by writing in big letters. Thanks & Regards
