future course of action for claims denial

I visited US in 2007 july and stayed till 2008 jan. I had Angio and stent was put in 2006 nov and taking recommended medicines. In oct 2007, I got admitted for continuous left shoulder pain for over night. After diagnosis , I was discharged with findings that pain was due to mascular pain and all test reports showed no sign of heart related. I recd the bill for us 45K before I left for india. My Indian insurance company repudiated the claim on the grounds that it relates to preexisting condition. I am yet to settle the hospital bill. Please advice
