Enquiry regarding Visitor Travel insurance for my Brother visiting USA for 2 months.

After going through a lot of your posts online on immihelp and various other forumns, I am so confused about the plan I should buy for my Brother visiting me for 2 months here in USA.
Can you suggest any good plans, I am interested in only comprehensive type plans.
Here is the details of the trip:
Trip: march 22 to may 29 2009 via Lufthansa over Frankfurt
Brother : 36
His Wife: 32
kid 1 : 5
kid 2 : 2
All are Indian citizen and in India right now..
# All are in good health and have no pre-existing conditions.
deductible : $50 or $100 max.
Coverage: USA + all that trip interruption and baggage loss etc.

Thanks a lot for replying. Before getting your reply I was more inclined towards "Protection America" plan.
Can you briefly explain the difference between both of these plans? It will help me choose appropriate plan.
One difference I found is the PPO network, any other differences?

The PPO network in Protection America is indeed more recognized than the Hygeia PPO in Atlas America.

That is really the major difference, aside from children free in Atlas.
