Online fulfillment question

I am an Italian citizen. I'm planning to visit USA for business purpose next week. I will arrive on sunday, the 29th. I'm trying to purchase a medical insurance (Patriot America) and I would like to download my fulfillment kit directly from my e-mail (as I did many other times before). Unfortunately in the Section 2 of the Application form this option does not appear (I must choose between regular mail and express delivery). Obviously it's too late to receive the complete fulfillment kit by regular mail (even with an express courier I'm not completely sure!). So....what can I do? thanks best regards M. When you select 'Regular Fulfillment', you get everything by email anyway.

We have removed that option, because many of our customers want both online and regular mail. If they select online, they don't anything by mail and complain. Therefore, currently - "Regular fulfillment" means regular mail + online email.
