cancellation of visitor's insurance

Does anybody have any idea about the cancellation of visitor insurance ?
My parents are coming US after two weeks, suppose i take insurance before they arrive and by any chance if their trip get canceled what is the refund policy for that? Do i will get my money back?

In most plans, after the effective date of the policy, as long as no claims have been submitted, you will get either the fully unused months or pro-rated refund minus the cancellation fee varies based on the plan you choose.
