US citizen coming to US for 4 weeks summer camp

I need to buy a medical insurance for my son aged 12 who would go for 4 weeks to a US summer camp. My son is a US citizen but lives permanently in Russia. Therefore he does not have a US medical insurance. The camp requires a medical insurance. I want to buy it for 4 weeks of his camp. What wuld you reccomend?
