Visitors insurance that covers everything

I want to know how much for a travel insurance that will cover any and everything that may happen, including catching the so-called swine-virus, possible heart attacks, or whatever? And that will secure my refunds if plans are changed, or emergency leave? Email only, I have no phones and don't want any.
