Referrals to speak with regarding Visitors Insurance coverage

Hello,

I am considering purchasing coverage for my parents who will be visiting the US from June – September 2009. My parents are looking for assurance regarding the insurance that in a case where such coverage were purchased and applied, that the insurance company would pay the claims. I’d like to request the names of a couple of people who have used your insurance coverage and have had claims fulfilled – can you please provide these references?
