Acute onset of pre-existing medical conditions and visitors insurance

Hi, I am planning to buy visitors insurance for my parents aged 68 and 61 yrs. They will be visiting US from May 26th to July 26th. I was looking at the options between Atlas America and Patriot America. The only difference I could observe is that Atlas America provides some pre-existing coverage, while Patriot America provides pharmacy card. Which do you suggest as a better plan and what limit of coverage? My father has undergodn bypass about 8 years ago. Thanks,
