OPT insurance eligibility

I have done my masters here in US, and all the way 2 years, I had insurance from the university, and also I had the insurance policy from you for about 3 months

Can I get more information on this.

What insurance you had most recently? And when it did that expire?

I remember I had the Patriot America.

And it expired in May.

My nationality is India. And I have come here in Aug 2006. I have no previous health problems.

I have done my masters, graduated in Aug 2008, and My OPT had started from Sep 2008 and expires in Sep 2009. I have a government issued OPT card. I have all my documentation too.

Do all these make me eligible for taking this insurance,

Most of what you wrote is irrelevant.

What matters is that
* You have been staying in the US for over 6 months
* you had international insurance (such as Patriot America ) in last 60 days.
