Dear Cusromer Servics Representative:

I plan to by an Atlas America coverage for my family while staying in the US. In order to chose the most appropriate deductible option, I would like to ask you two question:

Our insurance is for 4 people (1 adult + 3 children), and for a period of length 11 months.

- We probably don't want to pay the whole premium in advance, hence we will extend the insurance during our stay. If one extends the insurance after having paid some of the deductible,does he/she have to pay the whole deductible again?

- Is the deductible per person or for all people together?

1. Deductible is annual. Therefore, as long as you extend the insurance without any gap in coverage, deductible is just once a year.
2. Deductible is per person.
