Fiance visa medical insurance

I am looking to insure on my fiencee', and her 3 children. She is 37. Children are now 17, 14, 8 in ages. They lives in the Philippines, but am working on getting a K-1 visa for them to come here. I am only using it until my health insurence can pick them up here next year. Unless it remains cheaper to stay with you instead of putting them on my policy as a family plan. Will make that decision later. Now what I would like to know is this. Can I get insurence on them while they are there so they are covered? And what do I need to do until they are here? Does this cover any and all pre existing problems? Does it cover all meds needed while they are still there? I am already taking care of them as far as food and any medical problems that are coming up such as illness. Do they have to go to any certain doctor while there? When times comes for there medical visits for there visa will that be covered as well?
