Pre-existing conditions coverage in visitors insurance

Hi, I wanted to get insurance for my parents visiting from India. I hear the patriot insurance is good. However, all the insurances i see do not cover pre-existing conditions. So if someone for instance, has diabetes and need urgent medical attention, will this insurance cover. IF this insurance does not cover such things such as asthama and diabetes is there a plan which will cover urgent care under it. Thanks

Please look at Atlas America. It will cover up to $15,000 in acute onset of pre-existing conditions for persons below the age of 70 years.
