visitor care or immigrant secure? Which one is better

I would like to take insurance for my parents. I have read through your posts and now looking at fixed benefits coverage. My parents are healthy and no pre-existing conditions. I am debating between visitor care and immigrant secure. Can you suggest which is better?

One difference I just saw was that Immigrant Secure deductible is per sickness while Visitors Care is per coverage period. What is the definition of per sickness? Also if i want to buy Visitors Care can I call you and buy it over the phone?

1. Per sickness means once every time you have a new sickness.

If you have a fever, that is one sickness. Next time, you break your leg, that is another. Next time, you have heart attack, that is yet another and so on.

Does immigrantsecure have negotiated fees with doctors in the PPO network? I do not see that information online. I would like to take the insurance that has network negotiated fee.

Once again, i appreciate your prompt response. Does Immigrant Secure participate in FirstHealth PPO network (it says so on the website) but the link to the provider directory is for Hygeia. Please help

Hygeia is the administrator and they use the First Health PPO.

In other words, you will see the link by Hygeia but the providers are contracted by First Health.

It is little tricky, unfortunately.
