Visitors insurance for U.S. citizen visiting the U.S.

we have an INTERNATIONAL Health Insurance (but EXCLUDING the US) as we
are traveling all year. But we spend most time in Panama. Anyways, I am
German but have a Green Card (so permanent Resident) and my husband is
American. A few times a year we go back to the US to visit friends &
family and would like to get a trip health insurance for each trip or
even a multi-trip one.

Also is that even possible since I am a Permanent US Resident and my
husband a citizen?

If possible - Do you offer this type of trip insurance?

Well we are renting here in Panama, but are here as tourist and have no
residency.

and visiting USA for a short time, you are fine.

Great - if we have an emergency we would have to pay the doctor upfront and would then get reimbursed from you?

How long does it take and what would I have to fill out?

How do you reimburse? By check or wire or?

Also in case of a hospital visit - are we requiered to pay a big sum out of pocket and get the reimbursement from you or do you pay the hospitals directly?
