Your highness as i have received the appointment for the post of accountant in Metro Hotel New york (copy attached herewith) and in continution with the said subject i get the call from Visa Station i.e. us embassy new delhi (letter attached) received through asia africa coordinitor for my work visa (visa approval also attached and get all most all certificates from asia africa coordinitor, uscis lawyers etc. ) and now they insisting to give the payment for USD 3000 for my travelling insurance from green fingre insurance as they have mentioned in their letter of visa call from new dellhi here in india (copy attached) and against which i have obtain the travellers insurance for USD 500,000/- itslelf from TATA Aig a well reputed compnay of India for three months and get the copy and send it to us embassy in India to their visa station now they are denying to accept my travelling insurance why it is so please clarify as i think that travellers insurance may be taken by the person who travelling abroad from any company and not from the particular company so please advice and if your travellier insurance is valid to us embassy here in india with the particulary only for ttraveller insurance please give me an amount if valid and also confirmaed from the uscis immigration deptt. so that i can get the visa from myend. Aslo advice me now what todo ?

I think you are being cheated with this matter.

I am not an immigration expert, but it seems all of those papers are ****. For H1 visa, you don't need to buy insurance or go through medical examination.

Your name seem to be overwritten from someone else's papers. Look at H1 approval notice. It says receipt date 23/11/2009. But the receipt number is EAC-06-xxxxx that means receipt date is actually in 2006. And the dates are not written like that (like 23/11/2009) in US. They are written as 11/23/2009 but to avoid any confusion, USCIS writes them as November 23, 2009.

US embassy would not send an email like that. You will have to go there in person for interview. If they send any email, it will be from @state.gov and not infohq.com
