Need help with claim - Indian company

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a retired Defence Official and senior citizen from India, presently in USA on vacation upto 5th May 2010. I have certain health problems after arriving at USA. I have taken assist-card travel health policy from Bajaj Allianz. Though the attending Doctor had prescribed two immediate tests, the Insurance Company is refusing to approve the other test on flimsy ground. I am therefore at present on temporary medication May I request you to help me out the present situation to obtain proper medical treatment. Once I hear from you, I shall be in a position to provide the entire details of the matter.

Thanks for yr prompt mail. Next time when I visit USA I shall avail the insurance facility through insubuy and I will tell my friends also. In the meantime, can you advise me as to whether I can short close my policy with Bajaj and then for in for your insurance coverage after getting refund from them. In that case, what are all the formalities to be followed. If possible provide me the above details, otherwise leave it, as I do not want to bother you much. OK, bye

You have till ask the questions about your current policy to your insurance agent as I don't have any details with me.
