Visitor medical insurance for U.S. citizens

Hello. I am an American citizen who has been living in France for the past 6 years. I am a resident of France. I will be visiting the USA for 3-1/2 months beginning May 8, 2010 and leaving to return to France on August 20, 2010. Is there any type of health insurance that I can purchase for time period that I am back in the USA? I no longer carry US medical health insurance and have not since 2005. Thank you
