Inquiry for Patriot Travel Medical Insurance

Dear Sirs/Madams:

I am a non-US resident and will travel from my home country to USA for 7 days and then to Japan for 4 days. I notice that in the first page for purchasing “Patriot America” under the comprehensive coverage plans, I am required to fill in a destination country (and only a destination country could be filled in). Given my case as explained above, kindly advise which country I should fill in for said purchase at your earliest convenience. Thanks.

You can put the USA for your destination country. This plan will cover you anywhere outside of your country of citizenship/home country so you will receive coverage in USA and Japan.
