70+ Visitors Health Insurance Question

Hello,
I would appreciate your suggestions for visitors health insurance for family visiting for 4-6 months from India: Male aged 81 years and spouse 74. Both are in generally good health - no diabetes, heart conditions and other such ailments. We would just like to have some basic coverage for everyone's peace of mind. They will not be travelling very much while in the US.
