Hi,
I would like to purchase visitor insurance (J-1 visa) from ATLAS AMERICA for my family (me, my wife and my son) and when I was doing online paper work to order, some questions (verification) came up.
1) Me and my wife has Korea passport. so I think I can put this online. but, my son is American citizen so I can write the America passport # for child passport #. Is this right?
2) I am assuming If I choose $250 deductible upto $50,000, that means if my payment will sum up $250, then the insurance company cover 80/20 of $5,000, then rest covered at 100% upto $50,000.
Please verify this.
3) After completion, how can I prove this when I need to see doctor? Is this okay if I show the online purchase order completion or do you provide any card by mail (or online).
Right now I need to prove this to my J-1 program tomorrow.
