Hi

I was filling up detail for Patriot America plan for my parents and I did not get any option to fill up detail for AD&D coverage till I reached billing page.

Could you please let me know where am I supposed to provide that detail?

There is no field for AD & D beneficiary name in the application.

By default system puts spouse name as beneficiary and if something happens to both of them then son/daughter will be beneficiary.

If you want to specify somebody's name as beneficiary, once you purchase the insruance, you can send us e-mail with beneficiary name and we will update that name in the system.
