Short trip to US and Canada

Am going to be traveling to USA and Canada for 4 weeks with the family from India. Which Insurance company/plan will provide best coverage and good PPO network.

I dont have any sponsor in the US or Canada and its a pure vacation trip. Our respective ages are 39, 36 and 13

I will be driving extensively across IL, PA, NY, CT, OH and Ontario in Canada

Also is there a plan that covers to some extent a pre existing condition like asthma

No.

PPO network concept is there only in the U.S. not in Canada. And that is not dependent upon the insurance plan you buy. That is how it works in Canada for everyone.
