Bringing my Dad to US for medical treatment

My Dad was diagnosed with cancer and I am planning to bring him to the US for a medical treatmet. I understand insurance companies won't sell me medical insurance because of the prexisting conditions. I thought if there are in the US any programs exist for people to have medical treatments at low cost or for free.

Please if anyone has any information on this let me know.

There is no such thing. You will have to pay all the expenses yourself.

He is from Ukraine.

I thought there are may be some helping programs for people who has cancer or may be some international programs. There are so many charitable organizations in the US especially in DC area, so I were looking if there are also these type of programs exist

Even if there is anything that exists, it would not be for the tourists who would like to come to the U.S. for medical treatment.

You should not depend upon that.

If there is proper treatment available in Ukraine, he should get it treated there.

Otherewise, you may consider taking him to countries like India where proper treatment is available and is affordable as well.

For example, Tata Memorial Hospital & Cancer Research Centre in Mumbai, India is excellent for cancer treatment.
