Medical insurance for my mother and in-laws

My mother (age- 61 years) and my inlaws (Father In Law - age - 68 years and Mother in law age - 60 years) are visiting USA in Dec'11 for six months period.

Please let me know where can I get quotes for medical insurance for them.

Also please let me know which would be the best insurance to buy ?

I would also like to get a detailed brochure of the insurance coverages and a list of the PPO network in San Antonio,TX.
