Hai,
I have got a offer for H1b and I am in progress of filing it. Also my sister is already there in USA with Green Card. My wife is pregnant now and I want to send to my sister's place and want her to say there because she would not be able to travel by Jan. I would like to know is there any better options available. Also i would like to know about the Insurance / incase if there is a delay in me going in. I would like to know the best insurance available.

If your wife is already pregnant, there is no individual insurance plan from any company that will cover her pregnancy.

Check with your employer whether the group insurance is available and they would cover her. That is the only way to get covered, if at all.

Otherwise, I recommend that she travels to USA after her pregnancy is over.

It really depends upon any complications, c-section delivery etc.
