当公司为一名员工申请H-1B签证时,雇主首先需要向美国劳工局(DOL)申请LCA(劳工情况申请),承诺支付雇员最低行业普遍薪资。LCA通过后在开始申请H-1B前,公司需要将LCA在公司所在地张贴10天,以让其他对该H-1B工作感兴趣的雇员(绿卡持有者,美国公民等)知晓。
