The United States slid back one place to number 8 on the 2023 Henley Passport Index, a ranking of passports from 199 nations by the number of countries that holders of the passport can travel to visa-free.
The 2023 Henley Passport Index was released this July. It ranks the Singapore passport as the world’s most powerful, allowing access to 194 countries without a visa.
