If you have a family member (including a child) who needs to apply for a visa with you, click “Add by Name” or “Add Existing Applicant” for each group/family member who needs to apply for a visa with you, and enter the following details:
Relationship: Choose from Spouse, Child, Father, Mother, Daughter, Son, or Other

Once you click “Save”, the list of dependents added so far will be shown.
Click “Add Dependent” if you would like to add more dependents.
Otherwise, click “Continue”.
