Applicants can use any of those hospitals as per their convenience. The applicant must make all arrangements for medical examinations, tests, and vaccinations with the hospitals directly.

The following fees for physicians have been authorized by the U.S. Consulate, effective October 1, 2019. Please inform the U.S. Consulate if you are asked to pay a higher fee. Immunizations are subject to prevailing market prices. Please note that the results expire at six months. In some cases, you may be asked to repeat the examination.
