Our organization purchased a travelers policy for a young man here from Canada. We mailed the form in with the check but never heard anything. I made a few calls and wasn’t able to get resolution until today when I spoke to Kim D.

What a gem! She went above and beyond to help to get the situation corrected and was so helpful.
She walked me through the process of re-submitting the application online and stayed on the phone with me until completed.

When I didn’t receive a confirmation, she found the information and forwarded it to me within minutes.

I was and am so grateful for her time and her assistance.

First, I want to say I am so happy Insubuy has representatives answering the phones and helping customers on a Sunday. Not enough businesses do that! Second, I found the person who helped me moments ago very personable and professional. I forgot to write down her name, but I imagine the records will show with whom I spoke. When it became clear I would not be able to buy the same policy I purchased last year, the rep quickly found a suitable replacement with the same coverage. The entire process was quick and satisfying.

The fact that she spoke Spanish and was able to describe clearly, in details, the difference each one of the variety of options you have to offer was very important. The experience was smooth.
