Hello,
I sent my passport to NY VFS. Now I got a notification that they need additional documents.
When i called VFS, they said they do not need any additional documents and asked me to check in IRCC portal if the consulate required additional documents.
Has anyone faced this issue?
I have asked my firm to take a look but confused as to why they need more documents after sending the passport?
