Hi!
I’m currently in STEM OPT and my employer filed for my H1B COS, my visa stamp is expiring on June 26, 2026 and I plan to travel to my country on December for Christmas. Should I wait until my H1B gets approved before actually traveling...

I was laid off on April 14th. My last paycheck from my previous company was on April 22nd. My employer didn’t revoke my H1B visa, did not inform the immigration team, or the USCIS about my unemployment. I received an offer from Company A, and they successfully processed my H1B, H4, and H4 EAD transfer...06-06-2026, 08:36 PM

I had a CoS to H1B in oct 2025 but I don't have a visa stamp yet.The clerk there after scanned my docs, took my photo but at the end while entering info within the system, told me that SAVE still shows that I need a card and asked me to give them the work authorization...06-06-2026, 08:46 AM
