Hi bro, I would like to check if anyone encountered the below issue before..
I am currently pursuing my master’s degree and applied for an EAD card through USCIS. The status on the USCIS portal indicates that the card was produced a month ago, but I have yet to receive it. Upon checking the inbox option on the USCIS portal, I found automated messages. I inquired about the missing card and was provided with a tracking ID. However, when I tracked the package on USPS, it shows that the card was shipped to a certain location with the status ‘package acceptance pending.’ I contacted USPS customer care, and they informed me that they have not received any package from the sender. I have also filed an enquiry case with USCIS, but I am aware that it may take up to a month to receive a reply.
Do I need apply for a new OPT EAD card or shall I wait till usps or USCIS responds to me. My employment date starts from June 17th and bit confused and tensed if I receive my card or not.
