From denial to approval
I just wanna share for anyone who might need this... I came into the state dec 2015 with a b2 visa and stayed back. Met my husband 2016 and we got married February 2017 and filed December 2017. I moved and changed address and Uscis mistakenly sent my biometric to my old address and I got the letter 2 months letter and had no option than to do a walk in biometric(thank God), got my work permit a month after the biometric.. I didn’t hear from Uscis till January 2019 when they sent interview letter. We went for interview February and the interview was really flawless, question like how we met, where I work and what time my husband get back from work, interview was like 10mins and the IO said we will hear from her. I keep checking status every 1hr. After 3 months of interview I was shocked when I checked my case online and saw i130 CASE HAS BEEN DENIED 😢😢 and cried blood. We were devastated cos we didn’t get no NOID OR REF. After 3 days we got the denial letter and they said the reason was because we failed to reply a NOID. Gosh🙄🙄, we never received that, we went through the letter again again and noticed a mistake, our unit number is 3401 and noticed they wrote 3104, guess it was sent to a wrong address , we quickly contacted a lawyer and filed i290b and explained their error, after 6months they reopened the i130 and i485 that was denied and sent us another NOID. We replied the noid through our lawyer July 1 2020 and July 6th both i130 and i485 was approved 🍾🍾🍾 and got the green card in hand after about a week.. feel free to ask me any question
