In couple of my earlier postings I requested the forum as how I should get an USCIS officer online to get our latest position since the waiting time has been dragged to 8 months from 4 months.
So far I did not hear any feed back. Grateful, if some one can guide me as how to proceed to have a talk with an officer so that I would know at what location where our files are lying
