Rediff Shopping - leaving a bad taste in my mouth
I have been using rediff for over a year now and everything was fine in the begining. But for last few months they send the items whenever they want - I wanted birthday gift for my niece delivered on 28th Jan and it was delivered on 25th and worse another B'day gift which I wanted to be delivered on 18th Jan has not been delivered so far (today is 31st Jan).
I do not think I am going to use them anymore. Why to show the items if they are not available and can not be delivered on time???
