Waiting for Embassy Interview
Good day!
My Priority Date was current since July 2011 and still dont have an interview notice from US Embassy. I already sent an inquiry via NVCInquiry and the reply is my payment for my Processing Fee Bill already expired and asking to make payment again. As of now my agent told me that the office is just waiting for the NVC reply. Should I really paid for it? The cause of expiration was not my fault it is because of retrogression. Why should I pay for it again and why it become too long to wait since my Priority Date become current? Other applicants I have known with same type of visa when their Priority Date become current they already get an interview within a month or two. Please help me regarding this! Thank you so much!
