I am a student studying here in US and i am also DV 2008 winner and my case number is current in March but i am confused about the forms i have to fill.I talked with the USCIS officer and they told me to fill I-485,G-325A,I-765 and I-693.But i have heard that i also have to fill up I-864.So if anyone know whether i have to fill up I-864 or not?Also deadline for DV 2008 is september so what happen if my case will be pendinhg at that time?If anyone knows please reply me at [email protected]
