My eVisa has my BRP and passport linked. The BRP is now expired, but I still have to use it to sign in; my passport doesn't work when trying to sign in with it. Is there any way I can change this?

Is there a recommended timeline for submitting immigration applications after a family member's arrival in the U.S.? Specifically, should you file the I-130 right away and wait 90 days for the I-485, or is it better to submit both together after the 90 days?
