Hi
i have 5 grandkids who were born in the USA to US Mothers and UK fathers (my sons).
I am confused by the new dual nationality rules regarding entry into the UK.
The children all have US passports. As I read it, because by birth they are Dual, they now need to have UK passports?...

Hi, I am working as a research scholar on a J1 visa and subject to a 2-year home residency requirement and 24-month repeat participation bar. My spouse is also a post-doc on J1. Background: To get (backup) L2 visa, L1 visa holder ended up getting his L1 visa cancelled (without prejudice) and in turn got L2 visa stamped.
