I want to buy Patriot America Visitor's Insurance for my Mother-In-Law, she is an Asthma Patient, as of now she is in good health. Just want to know whether its consider as a pre-existing condition or not.

Atlas America Insurance covers an acute onset of pre-existing conditions for the person below the age of 70 years, up to $15,000.
