advance Parole not approved-Can my daughter travel to India

My daughter has I 485 pending. I applied for advance parole and got advance parole receipt for having filed the petition on 21st May 2008. I have not yet received the advance Parole approved from INS.

Can I send my daughter to India without receiving the AP approved ?

An early reply would be appreciated.

You can but that will result in her abandoning her I485 petition.

It is also possible if she is going to enter on H4/L2 status if you are maintaining H1b/L1 status and have not used the EAD or AP.

Thank you very much for your reply. But Unfortunately I need to send my daughter on urgent basis. Is there any way to send her but before obtaining AP but not abandoning I485 pending?

If it is a real emergency you could try to get your local USCIS office to send a request to the NBC to expedite the processing/approval of her I-131.
