UK Visa: Do i need to mention US visa rejection in UK Visa application form

Hi guys,

i am applying for uk visa. Do i need to mention my US visa rejection in 2009.( while PA-personal appearance got rejected due to insufficient docs) . Do UK visa people will have US information details ???
